Where does Charleston build?
Charleston builds primarily in Wellington and Halton Counties but will build anywhere within a forty-five-minute drive of our home base in Rockwood.
Do I need to bring my own set up plans to build a Charleston Home?
No. We pride ourselves in developing custom plans together with our clients that brings their vision into reality. Almost all of our clients work together with a Charleston Homes’ Designer to develop a set of custom plans. Charleston homebuyers either bring their ideas and start from scratch with our Designer or they work off of a plan from Charleston Homes Custom Plan Book.
Can Charleston Homes build on my lot?
Yes. Charleston Homes can build on your lot. We also have an inventory of vacant lots so you have the choice of building on our lot or yours.
